We are seeking a Security Officer equipped with a D and G licenses to protect, monitor and patrol the premises of our office building at Fort Lauderdale.
Conduct routine patrols to monitor premises and ensure safety.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
Assist with access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing clear communication to necessary personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and clients.
Monitor surveillance systems and perform regular checks of facilities.
Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies as needed.
This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale, FL HQ.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM. It is a night-shift position.
Valid Florida Class G Security License or equivalent firearm permit.
Experience in armed security, military, or law enforcement (preferred).
CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred).
Skill in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
Physical fitness for patrolling and emergency response.
Familiarity with loss prevention and security protocols.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
