salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Maintain clean, accurate in-house books and manage all accounts payable/receivable.
• Carrier Billing: Handle all carrier payments and ensure billing accuracy across the agency.
• Payroll & Bills: Execute timely payroll processing and general agency bill payments.
• Tech Integration: Utilize Applied (TAN) and EPIC systems. You will assist in modernizing our financial tech, including our recent move to credit card processing.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside the current Controller and provide support to two part-time staff members.
