Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Customer Account Representative - Immediate Start to assist with customer account support, service coordination, and client relationship management. This entry-level position includes paid training and offers excellent opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
* Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
* Monitor account activity and provide updates as needed
* Support general administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
Compensation & Benefits
* $20–$27/hour based on experience
