About the Role

We're hiring motivated, people-first canvassers to generate qualified roofing appointments in your local market. This is a door-to-door, in-field role — you'll be talking to homeowners, sparking interest, and setting appointments for our sales team to close. No cold calling from a desk — you're out in the field, making real connections.

No experience required. If you're ready to launch your career & willing to learn, we'll get you there.

What You'll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to identify homeowners interested in roofing services
• Set qualified appointments for our sales reps to run roofing demos
• Represent the company professionally and build trust quickly with homeowners
• Track your daily activity and appointments set

What We're Looking For

• Customer-facing experience preferred (retail, sales, hospitality, etc.)
• Comfortable with face-to-face conversations and door-to-door outreach
• Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable
• Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods

Compensation & Perks

• $150 for every roofing demo you set that sits (holds)
