Design Crete Inc is seeking an Experienced Floor Coatings Installer to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As an Experienced Floor Coatings Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing floor coatings in a variety of residential and commercial settings. We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, a desire to deliver exceptional results, and ability to be a leader of an install crew.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in the field of floor coatings, and able to show strong proficiency in working with a variety of coating materials and concrete polishing is required. The candidate must also have experience in surface preparation, including grinding, shot blasting. Experience with both decorative & industrial coatings is required.
Experience in working with contractors to understand their needs and preferences is essential. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as a leader on the team. Experience in managing projects on the job site, from start to finish, with specific attention to an exceptional finished product, and completion in an efficient manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job is a must. The candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.
