What You'll be Responsible For

• Install residential fencing according to project specifications
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high install quality
• Communicate with customers professionally on-site
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and correctly
• Maintain a clean job site and represent the company well

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience installing residential fencing
• Ability to install common fence types (vinyl, aluminum, wood, chain link)
• Your own crew, truck, and installation tools
• Reliable and able to complete jobs on schedule
• Professional attitude with homeowners and team members
