  • Prepare operational metrics showing the status of intercompany reconciliations and discuss progress with management
  • Confirm intercompany balances with other Paramount divisions and research and resolve discrepancies
  • Support internal, PWC, and tax audits by responding to information requests
  • Ensure key controls are in place and operating effectively in compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Participate in the migration of additional accounting activities and processes into RTR
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by standardizing and harmonizing migrated processes
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare financial and operational metrics for assigned areas
  • Provide accounting support to Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash teams
  • Contribute to special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in an accounting role is an advantage
  • Strong and up-to-date accounting knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS)
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and processes
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong business English skills, both written and spoken (B1/B2 or above)
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Structured, analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude and cooperative approach
  • Willingness to form, articulate, and defend professional opinions
  • Problem-solving mindset with an interest in innovation and improvement
  • Good communication skills, including willingness to present within workgroups
