In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and prepare FPV headset components used in real-world drone operations. This is hands-on, detail-driven work that demands consistency, focus, and strict adherence to work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality. Ability to follow detailed work instructions, perform hands-on, repetitive assembly, and meet production expectations. Willingness to comply with ESD, safety, and quality standards. Manufacturing or electronics experience is a plus but not required.
This role is performed in a manufacturing and electronics assembly environment where electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls are required. Employees will work with sensitive electronic components and must always follow established ESD safety protocols.
The work setting may be fast-paced and requires sustained focus, precision, and attention to detail. The environment includes the use of hand tools, electronic testing equipment, and designated ESD-safe workstations.
All employees are required to follow safety, quality, and ESD procedures and to immediately report any ESD, equipment, or quality concerns.
