Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

$500 Sign-On Bonus
Bonus paid in installments at the 30- and 60-day milestones, subject to eligibility requirements.

Schedule : Mon- Fri (7a-5p) SCHOOL PATIENT

Location/Setting: 75115

Age Range : Teenager

Acuity: Feeding tube care, Medication administration, Assistance with activities of daily living, Lifting and transferring over 50 lbs. required and Ongoing monitoring and individualized nursing support throughout the school day

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking a consistent, full-time daytime schedule while providing individualized care and supporting a patient throughout their school day.

Training and clinical support are available to help ensure nurses are confident and prepared to meet the patient's care needs.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
