You’ll help us build relationships and reputation.
• source and map talent
• talk to candidates daily (calls, not just LinkedIn spam)
• screen and run interviews
• support hiring managers and clients in the US & Europe
• help create content (posts, insights, talent stories)
• improve processes and tools as we scale
This is hands-on recruiting in a fast startup environment.
Ownership from day one.
• you’re a junior-mid level recruiter (or early career in talent)
• you’ve worked with LATAM, and US or European clients before
• you speak native spanish + fluent English (for real)
• you’re organized and can juggle multiple projects
• you like talking to people (a lot)
• you enjoy creating content and being visible online
