Job Description

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Night Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the overnight shift. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance accounting tasks with exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audit of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Balance and reconcile guest accounts, credit card transactions, and cash deposits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests during the overnight hours.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures.
  • Manage guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
  • Prepare daily reports for management review.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel auditing or front desk operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday overnights.
