OSP Construction Coordinator

Salary: $38.94-$45.00/hr.

Salary:

This position pays an average of $41.97/hour depending on experience.

Description of Role:

SRI Telecom is hiring an OSP Construction Specialist to coordinate projects and lead cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing field activities ensuring compliance with standards and managing aspects of construction including planning for materials labor and resource allocation. The specialist works with moderate guidance and is still acquiring higher-level skills in their discipline.

Tasks:

• Oversees and executes various construction duties ensuring safe operations and compliance with standards.
• Conducts field site assessments surveys and post-construction reviews.
• Manages project costs develops estimates and monitors job expenses.
• Maintains accurate records of project details milestones and resource usage.
• Enforces work site safety standards and ensures compliance conducting regular safety meetings.
• Manages resources supports project coordination and generates construction-related reports.
• Addresses customer requests monitors crew performance and provides guidance to technicians.
• Coordinates all phases of construction projects including interactions with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Interacts with government officials utilities contractors and internal partners.
• Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule and fulfills other assigned duties.

• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week up to twice a month in personal vehicle.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday up to 40hrs/wk.
