Our confidential, doctor-owned group practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist—or a General Dentist with a strong pediatric focus—to join a thriving children's practice in Reno, Nevada. Compensation

Pediatric Dentist

• Equivalent to approximately 35–37% of total collections
• $1,200 daily guarantee

Pediatric-Focused General Dentist

• 30% of collections
• $1,000 daily guarantee

Annualized Earnings Potential

$230,400–$460,800+ per year , depending on schedule, production, and scope of practice.

✅ Qualifications

We welcome:

• Pediatric Dentists (residency-trained, board-eligible, or board-certified)
• General Dentists with significant pediatric experience and a passion for treating children

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Nevada dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
