The Performance Improvement Manager will oversee quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and risk management programs across multiple hospital departments. This leader will partner with clinical and operational teams to improve quality metrics, strengthen performance initiatives, and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The department supports a wide range of inpatient and procedural services including emergency care, cardiovascular services, surgery, neuroscience, gastroenterology, imaging, and medical care.
