Join Ecolab as a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Specialist at our largest North American manufacturing facility in Joliet, IL . This role is a key member of the extended Plant Leadership Team and supports building, leading, and sustaining a strong safety culture and world‑class SH&E systems across a 24/7, high‑complexity manufacturing operation, consistent with the site’s broader SHE strategy and leadership expectations.
The SHE Specialist supports Safety, Health & Environment within Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and is an active member of the SHE Pillar, partnering closely with Operations and Maintenance to embed safety into equipment, processes, and daily work systems while eliminating safety losses and exposure risks.
The Joliet, IL facility is Ecolab’s largest North American manufacturing site. The 600,000‑square‑foot, 24/7 operation manufactures approximately 900 formulas and 1,700 SKUs, including liquid, powder, organic, and cast products that support clean water, abundant energy, and safe food.
The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
