Pay: $18 $25/hr (Based on Experience)

  • Finishing: Painters & Skilled Handymen

  • Operations: Equipment Operators

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in your specific trade.

  • Tools: Must have a full set of your own professional tools.

  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and dependable transportation to various job sites.

  • Certifications: Forklift or High-Lift certifications are a major plus (but not required).

Ride Maintenance Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Position Type: Contract / Full-Time

Pay Range: $20 $26/hr (Based on Experience)

Your Role in the Guest Experience:

  • Preventative Excellence: Execute meticulous inspections and maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Expert Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum uptime and safety.

  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous documentation as needed to guarantee a secure environment.

  • Operational Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with operations teams to ensure attractions are "show-ready" every day.

What You Bring:

  • Technical Background: Proven experience in industrial or ride maintenance (Amusement industry experience is a significant plus).

  • System Mastery: Strong grasp of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting.

  • Physical Capability: Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced, "active" environment.

  • Commitment: Flexibility to support weekends and holidays as needed in the Orlando market.

Pay: $17 $20/hr (Based on Experience)

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our overnight construction support team. This is a vital role that ensures our job sites are prepared, safe, and ready for action. If you are a night owl with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the construction trade, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Site Preparation: Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites.

  • Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and secure materials and equipment.

  • Equipment Operation: Learn to operate light and heavy machinery (we provide the training!).

  • Site Maintenance: Maintain a professional environment through cleaning, minor repairs, and routine inspections.

  • Safety First: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure site for the whole team.

Requirements:

  • Reliability: Must be comfortable working overnight hours and performing physically demanding tasks.

  • Compliance: Must pass an on-site drug screening and background check during the interview.

  • Precision Installation: Build, maintain, and repair a diverse range of structures and fixtures.

  • Custom Fabrication: Shape and modify materials to meet exact project specifications, including cabinetry, doors, and custom woodwork.

  • Technical Interpretation: Read and execute plans from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

  • Lead by Example: (For Lead roles) Oversee site safety, tool maintenance, and crew coordination to ensure a hazard-free, efficient workspace.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional carpentry or a completed apprenticeship.

  • The Essentials: Proficiency with hand, air, and power tools. Must have your own tools, including an impact driver.

  • Physical Capability: Comfortable working at heights on ladders or scaffolding.

  • Communication: Strong English skills (written/verbal) to coordinate effectively with the team.
