Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities.
The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that promote independence, functional improvement, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and therapeutic techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
Support a safe, patient-focused rehabilitation environment
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
