River Vista Dentistry, a premier dental practice committed to delivering exceptional dental care, is excited to announce the opening for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator. This role is crucial in facilitating efficient and effective dental treatments by enhancing communication between patients and our dental team. Please note, this opportunity is not eligible for remote work and the selected candidate will be expected to work on-site at our facility.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing significantly to the dental treatment process. Your expertise in coordination and patient care will ensure that each patient’s journey towards optimal dental health is smooth and well-informed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients.
• Verify insurance benefits and review patient estimates to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Schedule treatment efficiently and help maintain doctor production goals, optimizing workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with patients and guide them through treatment acceptance, instilling trust and confidence.
• Coordinate communication between doctors, assistants, hygienists, and the front office, ensuring seamless operations.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans to maximize patient care and office productivity.
• Assist with patient financing options and payment arrangements, providing comprehensive financial guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and office protocols.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times, enhancing the patient experience and office reputation.

Requirements

• Dental office experience preferred, providing a foundational understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
• Treatment coordinating experience is highly valued, contributing to more efficient and effective patient management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, essential for managing treatment plans and team coordination.
• Comfortable discussing finances and insurance, ensuring transparent and accurate financial communications with patients.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a busy environment, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality, crucial for maintaining a harmonious and effective workplace.
• Experience with dental software is preferred, streamlining patient management and treatment planning processes.

Schedule:

  Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
