Summary

Schedule

1. ​​ Full-time | .8 - 1.0 FTE | Onsite – Willmar Main
2. 12 hour shift, 8 flexible shift
3. ​7:30a – 7:30p
4. ​ Every 3 rd or 4 th weekend shift

Pay and Benefits

1. Salary range: $124,302.05 - $144,654.85 per year
1. Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
2. Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
3. May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

1. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
2. Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
